ORDINANCE NO. 2172 , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON A PART OF LOT 10, CITY BLOCI< 112C, AND A PART OF LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 112B, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO I<ENNETH REYNOLDS, SO AS TO IN- CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), SPECIFIC USE, RESIDENCE HOME FOR AGED; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (O) SO ES'I'ABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAR IS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Office District (O), be, and the same is hereby established on a part of Lot 10, City Block 112C, and a part of Lot l, City Block 112B, on property belonging to Kenneth Reynolds, so as to include in such Office District (O) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (217), Specific Use, Residence Home for Aged, and that the boundaries of said Office District (O), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the North West Corner of a lot con- veyed E. P. Reece by J. W. McCoy, recorded Book 424, Page 342, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, the same being in the South Boundary Line of East Sherman Street; Thence South 200 feet to a corner; Thence West 140 feet to a point; Thence North 200 feet to a point in the South Boundary Line of Sherman Street; Thence East with the South Boundary Line of Sherman Street, 140 feet to the place of beginning. Being the North East 140 feet of Lot 10, City Block 112C and Lot 1, City Block 112B, and being designated 1334 East Sherman Street. Section 2. That the I?irector of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance W1tI1 the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
