<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
<br />THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA -
<br />RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
<br />ING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), SPECIFIC
<br />USE PERMIT, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITIES UNLISTED (37), WITH
<br />REQUIREMENTS, ON TRACT l, BEING LOTS 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 AND 16,
<br />BLOCK 1, WALKER'S FIRST ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
<br />DOUGLAS D. CARLOW AND JOSEPH RYAN, AND ON TRACT 2, BEING
<br />LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK l, WALKER' S F IRST ADDITION, ON PROPERTY
<br />BELONGING TO A. R. MILLER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI-
<br />TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FA.MILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF
<br />THE ONE-FA.MILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), SPECIFIC USE
<br />PERMIT, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITIES UNLISTED (37), WITH
<br />REQUIREMENTS, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THL CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PAR IS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling
<br />District No. 2(SF -2), Specific tJse Permit, Public and Private Utilities
<br />Unlisted (37), with the hereinafter requirements, be, and the same is
<br />hereby established on Tract 1, being Lots 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16,
<br />Block 1, Walker's First Addition, on property belonging to Douglas D.
<br />Carlow and Joseph Ryan, and on Tract 2, being Lots 1 and 2, Block l,
<br />Walker's First Addition, on property belonging to A. R. Miller, so as
<br />to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), Specific
<br />Use Permit, Public and Private Utilities Unlisted (37), with the follow-
<br />ing requirements:
<br />1. That a fence at least six (6) feet high of masonry,
<br />solid ornamental, evergreen landscaping or a com-
<br />bination thereof, be constructed between the subject
<br />property and the adj acent residential district.
<br />2. That the area in front
<br />wall or fence shall be
<br />orderly condition free
<br />of the required screening
<br />maintained in a clean and
<br />of weeds, debris and trash.
<br />3. That any lights used to illuminate the parking and
<br />storage area be arranged so as to reflect away
<br />from any adjacent residential uses or residential
<br />districts.
<br />4. That the required fence must be set back at the
<br />North East Corner of Lot l, Block l, Walker' s
<br />First Addition, for a clear sight zone consisting
<br />of a 20 foot triangulation measured from the
<br />street corner intersection of the property lines.
<br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently
<br />designated as a One Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that
<br />the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF 2),
<br />Specific Use Permit, Public and Private Utilities Unlisted (37), with
<br />requirements, be, and the same are hereby established on Tract l,
<br />belonging to Douglas D. Carlow and Joseph Ryan, and on Tract 2, be -
<br />longing to A. R. Miller, said Tracts 1 and 2 being described as follows:
