ORDINANCE NO, 2179 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 119, ON PRO- PERTY BELONGING TO INNSON CORPORATION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (O) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAR IS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Office District (O), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 6, City Block 119, on property belonging to Innson Corporation, so as to include in such Office District (O) the hereinafter described property, which was for- merly and is presently designated as a Multiple Family Dwelling I?istrict No. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said Office District (O), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, Abstract No. 778; also being the same property described in a Deed from Paris Independent School District to Trustees, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses of Paris, Texas, dated June 26, 1968, recorded in Volume 474, Page 245, Lamar County Deed Records; said lot being more particularly de- scribed as follows, to-wit: Beginning at an Iron Pipe set for a corner, said point being the S/E corner of Lot 6 and being the point of inter- section of the N/B/L of West Sherman with the W/B/L of 4th S. W. Street; Thence with the W/B/L of 4th S. W. Street, North 390 feet to an Iron Pipe set for a corner; said point being the S/E cor- ner of Lot 5; Thence West 110 feet to an Iron Pipe for a corner, said point being the S/W corner of Lot 5; Thence South 38 feet to an Iron Pipe for a corner, said point being the S/E corner of Lot 7; Thence West 68 feet to an Iron Pipe for a corner; Thence South 349 feet to an Iron Pipe for a corner, said point being in the N/B/L of West Sherman Street; Thence with the N/B/L of West Sherman Street, East 172 feet to the place of beginning, containing 64, 208 sq. ft. of area. Being Lot 6, City Block 119. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
