<br />LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 316, ON A LARUE FORD TRACTOR
<br />LARUE AND WIFE, BETTY LARUE, D/B/
<br />COMPANY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br />DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FA HE BOUNDARI S OFTTHE COMMERCIAL
<br />(SF -2); AND DESIGNATING T
<br />DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Paris, Texas,
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District
<br />(C), be, and the same is hereby established on a Part of Lot 10, City
<br />Block 316, on property belonging to Billy F. LaRue and wife, Betty
<br />LaRue, d/b/a LaRue Ford Tractor Company, so as to include in such
<br />Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which
<br />was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling
<br />District No. 2(SF 2), and that the boundaries of said Commercial
<br />District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris,
<br />Lamar County, Texas, being a part of the property described
<br />in deed dated April 7, 1971 to Billy F. LaRue and Betty
<br />Lamar
<br />LaRue, recorded Book 525, Page 425, Deed Records,
