ORDINA NCE NO. 2189 , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- RIES ESTA.BLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND SPECI- FIC USE PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25), ON A PART OF LOT 24, CITY BLOCK 249, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EDNA GARDNER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDA.RIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25), SO ES- TABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF -2) and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), be, and the same are hereby established on a part of Lot 24, City Block 249, on property belonging to Edna Gardner, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), the hereinafter described property, which was for- merly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said One Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the George W. Cox Survey, and being the North 300 feet off of Lot 24, City Block 249. Being No. 3030 Lamar Avenue. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
