<br />BELONGING TO
<br />PARIS HIDE AND FUR COMPANY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
<br />DISTRICT (LI); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br />HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (HKINS OR HIDES (32), W TH LIMII~-
<br />ING, CURING OR STORAGE OF S
<br />TATIONS, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by Texas,
<br />Paris,
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Heavy Industrial
<br />District (HI), Specific Use Permit, Tanning, Curing or Storage of Skins
<br />or Hides (32), with the hereinafter limi tations, be, and the same is
<br />hereby established on Lots 2 and 3, City Block 47, on property belong-
<br />ing to Elmer Whitaker and Neil Whitaker, d/b/a Paris Hide and Fur
<br />Company, so as to include in such ea Industrial oS kinst or IHides
<br />Specific Use Permit, Tanning, Curng or
<br />(32), limited to the following operations:
<br />l. Skinning, scraping, stretching and drying of skins taken
<br />from whole dead, previously frozen animals.
<br />2. Purchasing, warehousing in cold storage and selling of
<br />dried skins.
<br />3. Salt curing of cow hides, deer skins and sheep skins in
<br />the basement.
<br />4. Purchase, storage and sale of pecans and wool.
<br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently
<br />designated as a Light Industrial District (LI), and that the boundaries
<br />of said Heavy Industrial District (HI), Specific Use Permit, Tanning,
<br />Curing or Storage of Skins or Hides (32), with limitations, be, and the
<br />same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 2, City Block 47,
<br />fronting approximately 95 feet on the West Side of llth
<br />Street, N. W. and being Lot 3, City Block 47, fronting
<br />approximately 104 feet on the West Side of llth Street,
<br />N. W. , and being No. 121 1 lth Street, N. W.
