<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), CONIMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT,
<br />ON LOTS 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4F, 4G, 4H AND 41, CI1I' BLOCK 286,
<br />ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO O. L. RAINEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE
<br />THER EIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2 ) AND A GENERAL, RETAIL DISTRICT (GR FIRE
<br />LIMITS; AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF TH E PLANNED DEVELOP-
<br />MENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT, SO FSTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARIS, TEXAS:
<br />Section l. That the bounda,ries heretofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, arri that a
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development,
<br />be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D,
<br />4E, 4F, 4G, 4H and 41, City Block 286, on property belonging
<br />to O. L. Rainey, so as to include in such Planned Development
<br />District (PD), Community Unit Development, the hereinafter de-
<br />scribed property, which was formerly and is presently desig-
<br />nated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) and a
<br />General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, and that the bounda-
<br />ries of said Planned Deveiopment District (PD), Community Unit
<br />Development, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Al1 those certain lots, tracts or parcels of
<br />land situated within the corporate limits of the
<br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being
<br />Lots 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4F, 4G, 4H and 41, City
<br />Block 286.
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
<br />be, an d he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
<br />diately upon passage.
<br />Passed an d adopted by the City Council of the City of
<br />Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
<br />Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day of February, 1971.
