ORDINANCE NO. 2007 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) AND MOBILE HOME PARK (S) ON LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 154-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO NATfiAN BELL, TRUSTEE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG- NATED AS A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), CONDITIONED UPON DEVELOPMENT COMMENCING WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS, AND IN THE EVENT THAT DEVELOPMENT IS NOT COMMENCED AND THAT AN EXTENSION FOR TIME TO DEVELOP IS NOT GRANTED, THAT SAID ZONING REVERT TO A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) AND MOBILE HOME PARK (S) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TF-E CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby chan ged, and that a Light Industrial District (LI) and Mobile Home Park (S), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 12, City Slock 154-A, on property belonging to Nathan Bell, Trustee, so as to include in such Light Industrial District (LI) and Mobile Home Park (S) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Light Industrial District (LI), con- ditioned upon development commencing within six (6) months, and in the event that development is not commenced and that an ex- tension for time to develop is not granted, that said zoning revert to a Light Industrial District (LI), and that the boundaries of said Light Industrial District (LI) and Mobile Home Park (S), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, described as follows: Being a tract conveyed to Mrs. E. C. Lyons by deed dated June 3, 1939, from William C. Chisum, Jr., Executor of the estate of W. C. Chisum, said deed being recorded in Book 331, Page 374, Lamar County Deed Records. Beginning at a stake in the WB line of the R.O.W. of the G. C. & S. F. Railway and the SB line of Washington Street. Thence with the WB line of the G. C. & S. F. Railway South O degrees 17 minutes East 1142 feet, continuing on this boundary line South 7 degrees 18 minutes West 100 feet; South 16 degrees 29 minutes West 100 feet; South 21 degrees 58 minutes West 20 feet for a corner; Thence West 749 feet a stake in the EB line of a lane; Thence North 1509 feet to the SB line of Washington Street; Thence with the SB line of Washington Street North 89 degrees East 860 feet to the place of beginning, containing 29.9 acres. Being Lot 12, City Block 154-A.
