ORDINANCE NO. 2007 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br />LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) AND MOBILE HOME PARK (S) ON <br />LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 154-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO NATfiAN BELL, <br />TRUSTEE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG- <br />NATED AS A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), CONDITIONED UPON <br />DEVELOPMENT COMMENCING WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS, AND IN THE EVENT <br />THAT DEVELOPMENT IS NOT COMMENCED AND THAT AN EXTENSION FOR <br />TIME TO DEVELOP IS NOT GRANTED, THAT SAID ZONING REVERT TO A <br />LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES <br />OF THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) AND MOBILE HOME PARK (S) <br />SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TF-E CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby chan ged, and that a <br />Light Industrial District (LI) and Mobile Home Park (S), be, <br />and the same is hereby established on Lot 12, City Slock 154-A, <br />on property belonging to Nathan Bell, Trustee, so as to include <br />in such Light Industrial District (LI) and Mobile Home Park (S) <br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br />presently designated as a Light Industrial District (LI), con- <br />ditioned upon development commencing within six (6) months, and <br />in the event that development is not commenced and that an ex- <br />tension for time to develop is not granted, that said zoning <br />revert to a Light Industrial District (LI), and that the <br />boundaries of said Light Industrial District (LI) and Mobile <br />Home Park (S), be, and the same are hereby established as <br />follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, described as follows: <br />Being a tract conveyed to Mrs. E. C. Lyons by <br />deed dated June 3, 1939, from William C. Chisum, Jr., <br />Executor of the estate of W. C. Chisum, said deed <br />being recorded in Book 331, Page 374, Lamar County <br />Deed Records. <br />Beginning at a stake in the WB line of the R.O.W. <br />of the G. C. & S. F. Railway and the SB line of <br />Washington Street. <br />Thence with the WB line of the G. C. & S. F. <br />Railway South O degrees 17 minutes East 1142 feet, <br />continuing on this boundary line South 7 degrees 18 <br />minutes West 100 feet; South 16 degrees 29 minutes <br />West 100 feet; South 21 degrees 58 minutes West 20 <br />feet for a corner; <br />Thence West 749 feet a stake in the EB line of <br />a lane; <br />Thence North 1509 feet to the SB line of <br />Washington Street; <br />Thence with the SB line of Washington Street <br />North 89 degrees East 860 feet to the place of <br />beginning, containing 29.9 acres. <br />Being Lot 12, City Block 154-A. <br />
