<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FS-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTASLISHING A
<br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON A PART OF LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 317,
<br />ON PROPERTY SEI.ONGING TO O. L. RAINEY AND W. A. COSTON, SO AS
<br />TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS AN
<br />AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) AND A ONE-FAMILY DWEi,LING DISTRICT
<br />NO. 2(SF-2), AND ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWEL,LING DISTRICT
<br />NO. 2(SF-2) ON A PART OF LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 317, ON PROPERTY
<br />BELONGING TO O. L. RAINEY AND W. A. COSTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE
<br />THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL
<br />DISTRICT (A) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE COMMEFZCIAL
<br />DISTRICT (C) AND ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) SO
<br />ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT OR DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARIS, TEXAS:
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofor e established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby chan ged, and that a
<br />Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established
<br />on a Part of Lot l, City Block 317, on property belonging to
<br />O. L. Rainey and W. A. Coston, so as to include in such Commercial
<br />District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was for-
<br />merly and is presently designated as an Agricultural District (A)
<br />and a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the
<br />boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are
<br />hereby established as follows:
<br />Beginnin g at the South West Corner of Lot 1, City
<br />Block 317;
<br />Thence in an Easterly direction 533 feet to the West
<br />Boundary Line of the proposed 35th Street, N. E.;
<br />Thence North with said proposed West Boundary Line
<br />of 35th Street, N. E., 352 feet to a point forcorner,
<br />the same being the proposed South Ea.st Corner of Lot 8,
<br />Block A, of the proposed North Park Estates;
<br />Thence in a North Westerly direction, 542 feet with
<br />the proposed South Boundary Lines of Lots 8, 7, 6, 5, 4,
<br />3, 2 and 1 of Block A, proposed North Park Estates, to a
<br />point in the Ea.st Boundary Line of 34th Street, N. E.;
<br />Thence South with the East Boundary Line of 34th
<br />Street, N. E. , 455 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, an d that a
<br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the sa me is
<br />hereby established on a Part of Lot 1, City Block 317, on pro-
<br />perty belonging to O. L. Rainey and W. A. Coston, so as to in-
<br />clude in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) the
<br />hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is pre-
<br />sently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and that the
<br />boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2),
<br />be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
