ORDINANCE NO. 2016 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TF_XAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A <br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 243, ON PROPERTY <br />BII.ONGING TO MOSE JACK INGRAM, SO AS TO INCLUDE THFREIN <br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWEI,LING DIS- <br />TRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO FSTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established <br />on Lot 5, City Block 243, on property belonging to Mose Jack <br />Ingram, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the <br />hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is pre- <br />sently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), <br />and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and <br />the same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being No. 2630 Bonham Street, <br />and being Lot 5, City Block 243, fronting 105 feet on <br />the North Side of U. S. Highway 82 and being 395 feet <br />deep. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accor dance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- <br />diately upon passage. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City <br />Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day of May, 1971. <br />ATTEST : <br />H.
