ORDINANCE NO. 2017 AN ORDINANCE REPEAI,ING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1969 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, WHICH CHANGED THE BOUNDARIES FS- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PARIS, BY ES- TABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMLJNITY UNIT DEVFLOPMENT AND SHOPPING CENTER ON A PART OF LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 313, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO J. L. JOPLING, WHICH PRO- PERTY HAD FORMERLY BEEN DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section l. That Ordinance No. 1969 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, is hereby repealed, so as to re-establish the Agricultural District (A), which existed prior to the passage of said ordinance. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
