ORDINANCE NO. 2029 . <br />AN QRDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TF.XAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS FS- <br />TA.BLISHED BY THE ZONING Ml1P OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A <br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) ON LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND <br />41 BLOCK D, PORTIIR' S SDCOND ADDITION, ON PROPgZTY BELONGING <br />TO MAI,COLM SCOTT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br />DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); ESTABLISHING A <br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) ON LOT 12-D, CITY <br />BLOCK 309, ON PROPEFZTY BEI.ONGING TO MALCOLM SCOTT, SO AS TO <br />INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A HFAVY <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (HI); AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF <br />THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICTS NO. 2(SF-2) SO FSTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAIN ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the bound.aries heretofore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby chaxiged, and that a <br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is <br />hereby established on Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block D, Porter's <br />Second Addition, on property belonging to Malcolm Scott, so as <br />to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) <br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br />presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and that <br />the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 <br />(SF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 1, 2, 3 <br />and 4 of Block D of Porter's Second Addition, as the <br />same appears in a replat of a part of Block D, Porter's <br />Second Addition, surveyed on the ground on the 15th day <br />of January, 1971, by W. R. Abbott, Registered Public <br />Surveyor, No. 1443. <br />Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is <br />hereby established on Lot 12-D, City Block 309, on property <br />belonging to Malcolm Scott, so as to include in such One-Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), the hereinafter described pro- <br />perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a <br />Heavy Industrial District (HI), and that the boundaries of said <br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same are <br />hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 12-D, <br />City Block 309, fronting 80 feet on the west side of <br />19th Street South West. <br />
