O'~DINANCE NO. 2031 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS,PARIS, TEXAS, AND CE-IANGING THE BOUNDARIFS FS- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAF' OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN <br />OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON LOT 2 AND A PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK B, <br />BAKER ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO FRANK HORNE, SO AS <br />TO INCLUDE THIIZEIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO- <br />FAMILY DWEI.LING DISTRICT (2F); AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDA- <br />RIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (O) SO FSTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an <br />Office District (O), be, and the same is hereby established on <br />Lot 2 and a Part of Lot 1, Block B, Baker Addition, on pro- <br />perty belonging to Frank Horne, so as to include in such <br />Office District (O) the hereinafter described property, which <br />was formerly and is presently designated as aTnro-Family <br />Dwelling District (2F), and that the boundaries of said <br />Office District (O), be, and the same are hereby established <br />as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 2 and <br />the South 20 feet off of Lot l, Block B, Baker <br />Addition to the City of Paris. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- <br />diately upon passage. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City <br />Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of July, 1971. <br />.
