THENC E West along existing city limit line a dis- tance of 640 feet to a concrete marker West where the boundary line of F. M. Highway 905 meets the South Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286; THENC E North 52° 34' West along the South Boundary Line of said Loop Highway a distance of 305.3 feet to a concrete marker; THIIVC E Southwest along the South Boundary Line of sai d Loop Hi ghway 286 a distance of 1767.9 feet to a point; THENC E South 32° 56' West a distance of 150.5 feet to a point where the West Boundary Line of F. M. Highway 1507 meets the South Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286, said point being in the present city limit line; THENC E South and East along the West Boundary Line of F. M. Highway 1507 and the present city limits to a point that is 600 feet parallel to the center line of Loop Highway 286 and is also the most Southern South East Corner of the city limits as established by Ordinance No. 1816 dated February 3, 1967; THENC E West along existing city limit line to the place of beginning. Section 2. The above described territory and area so annexed shall be a part of the City of Paris, Texas, and the property so added hereby shall bear its pro rata part of the taxes levied by the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and the in- habitants thereof shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. That the above property shall be annexed under the zoning classifica,tion of One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2) as is provided for under Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. Section 3. It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City Council of the City of Paris that the sections, para- graphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this ordinance are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section of this ordinance shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid by the valid judgment or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sen- tences, paragraphs and sections of this ordinance, since the same would have been enacted by the City Council without the incorporation in this ordinance of any unconstitutional or in- valid phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs or sections. It is further hereby declared to be the intention of the City Council of the City of Paris to exclude any area or areas de- scribed in the description of the property to be annexed, which are not within said City's jurisdiction to annex and that such area or areas should be carved out of the description of the property herein described by the valid judgment or de- cree of any court of competent jurisdiction, in order that such area or areas would not cause this annexation ordinance to be found to be invalid, void.a,ble or void. Section 4. This ordinance shall be published and passed in the manner provided in Article II, Section 7, of the Charter of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas.
