<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFXAS, A,ND CHA.NGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A ONE-
<br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) ON LOT NO. 1 AND A PART
<br />OF LOT NO. 2, IN BLOCK NO. 9, AND LOT NO. 1 IN BLOCK NO. 11
<br />OF THE TEXAS AND PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY ADDITION, ON PROPERTY
<br />BEI.ONGING TO VERNON WFSTBROOK, SR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
<br />(I-I); AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY
<br />DWEL,LING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2 ) SO FSTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS)
<br />PARIS, TEXAS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretof'ore established
<br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, an d the same are hereby chan ged, and that a
<br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is
<br />hereby established on Lot No. 1 and a Part of Lot No. 2, in
<br />Block No. 9, and Lot No. 1 in Block No. 1, of the Texas and
<br />Pacific Railway Company Addition, on property belonging to
<br />Vernon Westbrook, Sr., so as to include in such One-Family
<br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) the hereina.fter described pro-
<br />perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a
<br />Light Industrial District (LI), and that the boundaries of
<br />said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the
<br />same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City
<br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of the
<br />Larkin Rattan Survey an d being Lot No. 1 and the
<br />North 20 ft. of Lot No. 2, in Block No. 9, a,nd Lot
<br />No. 1 in Block No. 1, of the Texas and Pacific
<br />Railway Company Addition to Paris, Lamar County,
<br />Texas, as per plat recorded May 25, 1887, in Volume
<br />53, Page 445, of the records of Lamar County, Texas;
<br />and that portion of Sycamore Street situated between
<br />said Lot No. 1, Block No. 1, and Lot No. 1, Block
<br />No. 9.
<br />Section 2, That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions o.f' Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the lan d use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br />conf'lict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
<br />diately upon passage.
