"SBCTION 10-104 OFF-STREET LOADING SPACE SHALL BE <br />PROVIDED ON EACH LOT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH THE FOLLOWING: <br />a. Al1 retail, commercial and industrial <br />structures shall provide and maintain <br />off-street facilities for the loading <br />and unloading of inerchandise and goods <br />within the building or on the lot ad- <br />jacent to a public alley or private <br />service drive. Such space shall con- <br />sist of a minimum azea of ten (10) feet <br />by twenty-five (25) feet for each twenty <br />thousand (20,000) square feet of floor <br />space or fraction thereofin excess of <br />five thousand (5,000) square feet in the <br />building or on the lot." <br />Section 4. Any person violating any of the provisions of <br />this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con- <br />viction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed Tnro Hundxed <br />($200.00) Dollars. <br />Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- <br />flict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Section 6.
