Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, Fire <br />Limits, be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 4, City <br />Block 287, on property belonging to Covy Williams, so as to <br />include in such Planned Development District (PD), Shopping <br />Center, Fire Limits, the hereinafter described property, which <br />was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said <br />Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, Fire Limits, <br />be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the <br />Joseph Leach Survey, and being a part of a 19.7 acre <br />tract of land conveyed Covy Williams by deed recorded in <br />Vol. 355, Page 201, of the Deed Records of said County <br />and State, being Lot 4, City Block 287, and being a tract <br />of land owned by Covy Williams, more particularly de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Beginning at a stake for corner in the West <br />Boundary Line of said Williams tract, said point being <br />265 ft. North of the Southwest corner of said tract, <br />said point for corner being the Northwest corner of a <br />3 acre tract of land conveyed the United Pentecostal <br />Church by Co vy Williams; <br />Thence North 1 Deg. 05 Min. East a distance of <br />1320 ft. to a stake for corner in the South Boundary <br />Lin e of Loop Highway 286, said point for corner being <br />the present Northwest corner of said Williams tract o.f <br />land; <br />Thence along the South and West Boundary Line <br />of Loop Highway 286 as follows: South 78 Deg. 14 min. <br />East a distance of 39 ft. to a concrete marker; South <br />17 Deg. 39 Min. East a distance of 776.3 ft. to a <br />concrete marker; South 14 Deg. Ea,st a distance of 588 <br />ft. to an iron pin for corner at the Northeast corner <br />of said Church tract of land; <br />Thence South 89 Deg. 48 Min. West a distance of <br />440.5 ft, to the place of beginning and containing <br />7.547 acres of land. <br />Section 3. That the plot plan of the property herein xe- <br />zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved subject to the <br />Director of Public Works' requirements enumerated in his memo <br />to the Planning and Zoning Commission dated November 29, 1971. <br />Section 4. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective <br />immediately upon passage. <br />
