Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, Fire Limits, be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 4, City Block 287, on property belonging to Covy Williams, so as to include in such Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, Fire Limits, the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, Fire Limits, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, and being a part of a 19.7 acre tract of land conveyed Covy Williams by deed recorded in Vol. 355, Page 201, of the Deed Records of said County and State, being Lot 4, City Block 287, and being a tract of land owned by Covy Williams, more particularly de- scribed as follows: Beginning at a stake for corner in the West Boundary Line of said Williams tract, said point being 265 ft. North of the Southwest corner of said tract, said point for corner being the Northwest corner of a 3 acre tract of land conveyed the United Pentecostal Church by Co vy Williams; Thence North 1 Deg. 05 Min. East a distance of 1320 ft. to a stake for corner in the South Boundary Lin e of Loop Highway 286, said point for corner being the present Northwest corner of said Williams tract o.f land; Thence along the South and West Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 as follows: South 78 Deg. 14 min. East a distance of 39 ft. to a concrete marker; South 17 Deg. 39 Min. East a distance of 776.3 ft. to a concrete marker; South 14 Deg. Ea,st a distance of 588 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the Northeast corner of said Church tract of land; Thence South 89 Deg. 48 Min. West a distance of 440.5 ft, to the place of beginning and containing 7.547 acres of land. Section 3. That the plot plan of the property herein xe- zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved subject to the Director of Public Works' requirements enumerated in his memo to the Planning and Zoning Commission dated November 29, 1971. Section 4. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
