ORDINANCE NO. 2063 . <br />AN ORDINANCE PRFSCRIBING THE MAXIMUM EARNINGS TO BE <br />CONSIDgZED IN CALCULATING DEPOSITS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO BE <br />MADE BY REASON OF CURRENT SERVICE OF EMPLOYEFS OF THIS CITY <br />WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE TF.xAS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT SYSTEM. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the total earnings, which may be paid <br />by the City of Paris to any of its employees who are members <br />of the Texas Municipal Retirement System, shall be considered <br />in calculating the amount to be withheld and the deposits and <br />contributions to be made to the Texas Municipal Retirement <br />System by reason of Current Service rendered by such employee <br />to this City. <br />Section 2.
