THENCE West with said South Right-of-Way Line a <br />distance of 200 feet to a point in the existing Eastern <br />City Limit Line as established by the above described <br />Ordinance No. 1617; said line being 600 feet East from <br />and parallel to the center line of the existing traffic <br />lane of Loop 286 N. E. , which is the outside traffic <br />laxie of the proposed d.ivided Loop Highway 286 N. E. ; <br />THENCE with said Eastern City Limit Line in a North <br />Westerly direction 1600 feet, more or less, to the South <br />Boundary Line of North Park Estates; <br />TH ENC E East 820 feet to the South East Corner of <br />said North Park Estates; <br />THENC E North 1983 f eet to the North East Corner of <br />said tract; <br />THENC E West 1275 feet to a point, said point being 10 <br />feet West of the North West Corner of North Park Estates; <br />THENCE South 1450 feet to a point, said point being <br />600 feet perpendicular to the center line of the existing <br />traffic lane of Loop Highway 286 N. E., which is also the <br />outside traffic lane of the proposed four lane divided <br />Loop Highway No. 286 N. E.; <br />THENCE in a North Westerly direction with said City <br />Limit Line a distance of 6400 feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 457.58 acres, more or less. <br />Section 2. The above described territory and area so <br />annexed shall be a part of the City of Paris, Texas, and the <br />property so added hereby shall bear its pro rata part of the <br />taxes levied by the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and the in- <br />habitants thereof shall be entitled to all of the rights and <br />privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts, <br />ordinances, resolutions and regulatims of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas. <br />Section 3. The above described property is hereby annexed <br />under zoning classifications provided for in Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, as follows: <br />PT?ll P FT7 TV <br />a. That portion of the above de- <br />scribed property described in <br />deeds from H. M. Hindman, <br />et al, to Foxworth-Galbraith <br />Lumber Company, recorded <br />Book 507, Page l, and Book <br />529, Page 519, Deed Records, <br />Laznar County, Texas, con- <br />taining .70 acres, more or <br />less <br />ZONING CLASSIFICATION <br />Commercial District (C) <br />b. That portion of the above de- <br />scribed property described in <br />deed from Edmond A. Parham, <br />et ux, to Park City Ea,st, <br />Inc., recorded Book 504, <br />Page 91, Deed Records, Lamar <br />County, Texas, containing <br />31.87 acres, more or less <br />Light Industrial District (LI) <br />and Mobile Home Park (S) District <br />
