ORDIIIF-1 NCE NO. 2066 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF gIE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING <br />SECTION 29-25(a) THROUGH (c), AS CaDIFICATION OF ORDINANCE NO. <br />20562 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2056 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE ONE-WAY STREET MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING 12TH STREET~ S. E. AS A ONE-WAY STREETI NORTH FROM <br />ITS INTERSECTION WITH CLARKSVILLE STREET TO ITS INTERSBCTION <br />WITH LAMAR AVENUE; DIRFCTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO CHANGE THE <br />ONE-WAY STREET MAP; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED <br />$200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCFS IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFDCTIVE DATE OF <br />JANUARY 25, 1972. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section l. That Section 29-25(a) through (c)is approved <br />as codification of City of Paris Ordinance No. 2056. <br />Section 2. That the one-way street system as established <br />by Ordinance No. 2056 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, <br />an d the same is hereby changed to include 12th Street, S. E. <br />as a one-way street, North f'rom its intersectio n with <br />Clarksville Street to its intersection with Lamar Avenue. <br />Section 3. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the One-Way Street Map <br />of the City of Paris in accoxdance with the provis-io ns of <br />Ordinance No. 2056 and in accordance with the provisions of <br />this or dinance. <br />Section 4. Any person violating any of the provisions of <br />this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con- <br />viction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. <br />Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- <br />flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 6.
