ORDIIIF-1 NCE NO. 2066 AN ORDINANCE OF gIE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING SECTION 29-25(a) THROUGH (c), AS CaDIFICATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 20562 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2056 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE ONE-WAY STREET MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING 12TH STREET~ S. E. AS A ONE-WAY STREETI NORTH FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH CLARKSVILLE STREET TO ITS INTERSBCTION WITH LAMAR AVENUE; DIRFCTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO CHANGE THE ONE-WAY STREET MAP; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCFS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFDCTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 25, 1972. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That Section 29-25(a) through (c)is approved as codification of City of Paris Ordinance No. 2056. Section 2. That the one-way street system as established by Ordinance No. 2056 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, an d the same is hereby changed to include 12th Street, S. E. as a one-way street, North f'rom its intersectio n with Clarksville Street to its intersection with Lamar Avenue. Section 3. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the One-Way Street Map of the City of Paris in accoxdance with the provis-io ns of Ordinance No. 2056 and in accordance with the provisions of this or dinance. Section 4. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con- viction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective on January 25, 1972. AP D FORM: T.
