ORDINANCE NO. 2067 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CF-IANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 281, ON PROPERTY BEI.ONGING TO VIRGINIA MAHAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS : Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore establisYied by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, an d the same is hereby established on Lots 3 and 4, City Block 281, on property belonging to Virginia Mahan, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF-3), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lots 3 and 4, City Block 281. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City o.f Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this cr dinance. Section 3. That the zoning classification her ein granted is conditioned upon a building permit being requested on or be- fore the lst day of February, 1973, and in the ecrent such re- quest is not made then said property reverts to its former classification of One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3). Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth dp~y of January, 1972. W.
