ORDINANCE NO, 2068 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PEIRIS? PARIS, TExAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) ON LOT 5 AS IT APPEARS ON THE REPLAT OF A PART OF BLOCK "D", PORTERS SECOND ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BII,ONGING TO BILL BOSWF,LL, SO AS TO IN- CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWEI,LING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA,RIS : Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby chan ged, and that a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 5 as it appe ars on the Replat of a Part of Block "D", Porters Second Addition, on property belong- ing to Bill Boswell, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) the h ereinafter described pro- perty, which was formerly and is presently design ated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the bounda- ries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 5 as it appears on the Replat of a Part of Block "D", Porters Second Addition. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, an d he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the pr ovisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordin.ances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
