ORDINANCE NO. 2075 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, CREATING A PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS ZONING DISTRICT (PLI); PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEEILING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFEC- TIVE DATE OF APRIL 11 1972. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended as follows: a. The first sentence of Paragraph 3-100 is amended to read as follows: "The City of Paris, Paris, Texas, is hereby divided into seventeen (17) zoning districts." b. The third sentence of Paragraph 3-100 is amended to read as follows: "The seventeen (17) districts established herein shall be known as:" The following district is added to the list of zoning districts in Paragraph 3-100: "Abbreviated Zoning District Designation Name PLI Public Lands and Institutions District" Section 2. The following paragraphs of Section 8 are amended by providing for uses to be made in the Public Lands and Institutions District as follows: 118-101 PRIMARY RFSIDENTIAL USFS Public Housing 8-102 SPDCIAL USES Fairground or Exhibition Area Park, Playground or Community Center (Public) Public Airport, Heliport or Landing Field Public Cemetery or Mausoleum Public College or University Public Golf Course Public Institutions Public Land Reserves Public Owned Buildings and Lands Public Schools Public Zoos, Arboretums and Museums
