Section 11. That Section 9-602(8) of Ordinance No. 1710 <br />be amended to include in the list of districts "PLI." <br />Section 12. That Section 9-701(1) and (2) of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 be amended to include in the list of districts "PLI." <br />Section 13. That <br />be amended to add "PLI, <br />as a district, with the <br />space for each room des <br />plus one (1) additional <br />Section 10-102." <br />Section 10-101 of Ordinance No. 1710 <br />Public Lands and Institutions District" <br />following requirement: "One (1) parking <br />ignated or designed for use as a bedroom, <br />parking space for uses specified in <br />Section 14. That Section 11-101 of Ordinance No. 1710 be <br />aznended to add "PLI, Public Lands and Institutions District" <br />with the following Maximum Height of Buildings and Structures <br />requirement: "None" <br />Section 15. That Section 14-102 of Ordinanc e No. 1710 be <br />amended by adding to such paragraph the following sentence: <br />"This paragraph shall not be used to limit or restrict develop- <br />ment according to approved plat plan in a Planned Development <br />District (PD) or in a Public Lands and Institutions District <br />(PLI)." <br />Section 16. Any person violating any of the provisions <br />of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon <br />conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. <br />Section 17. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 18.
