ORDINANCE NO. 2076 ,
<br />AN ORDINANC E AMENDING ZONING ORDINANC E NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TF.xAS, AND CIIANGING THE BOUNDARIFS FS-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br />GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR LIMITED TO THE SPDCIFIC USE OF
<br />TROPICAL FISH RETAIL SALFS, ON LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 102, ON PRO-
<br />PERTY BELONGING TO W. M. SCOTT, SO AS TO INCLUDE ]HER EIN TERRI-
<br />TORY FORMERLY DFSIGIVATED AS A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
<br />NO. 1(MF-1); DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE GENERAL RETAIL
<br />DISTRICT (CR), LIMITED TO THE SPDCIFIC USE OF TROPICAL FISH
<br />RETAIL SALES, SO ESTABLISHED; AND PLACING THE PROPERTY HEREIN
<br />INVOLVED IN THE FIRE LIMITS.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />General Retail District (GR), limited to the specific use of
<br />tropical fish retail sales, be, and the same is hereby es-
<br />tablished on Lot 1, City Block 102, on property belonging to
<br />W. M. Scott, so as to include in such General Retail District
<br />(GR), limited to the specific use of tropical fish retail sales,
<br />the hereinafter described property, which was fo rmerly and is
<br />presently designated as a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1
<br />(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said General Retail District
<br />(GR), limited to the specific use of tropical fish retail sales,
<br />be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City
<br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 1, City Block
<br />102, and being a lot 158.6 feet by 131.5 feet at the
<br />North East Corner of 13th Street, S. E. and Margaret
<br />Str eet .
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. That the above descri.bed property shall be
<br />and is hereby placed in the Fire Limits of the City of Paris.
<br />Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
<br />diately upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
<br />Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
<br />Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th dW of March, 1972.
