ORDINANCE NO. 2078 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS FS- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING M4P OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 128, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE LIBIRTY NATIONAL BANK IN PARIS, SO AS TO IN- CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A GENEZAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS : Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ozdina.nce No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the sazne is hereby established on Lot 9, City Block 128, on property belonging to The Liberty National Bank in Paris, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a General Retail District (GR), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, arxi the sazne are hereby established as follows : That certain tract or parcel of land lying and situated in Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman Survey located on the West side of 12th Street, S. W., in City Block 128 in the City of Paris. BEGINNING at a stake in the WBL of 12th Street, S. W. 155 feet North of West Kaufman Street, same being the NBL of a 12 foot alley; THFSTCE West with said alley 100 feet; THENCE North 50 feet; THENC E East 100 feet; THENCE South 50 feet, to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
