ORDINANCE NO. 2083 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS ) ON A PART OF LOT 22, <br />BLOCK A, JEFFERSON HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, ON <br />PROPERTY BELONGING TO CDCIL ANDERSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWF-LLING DISTRICT <br />NO. 2(SF-2); DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD <br />SERVICE DISTRICT (NS ) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the sam e are hereby changed, and that a <br />Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby <br />established on a part of Lot 22, Block A, Jefferson Heights <br />Addition to the City of Paris, on property belonging to Cecil <br />Anderson, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service <br />District (NS) the hereinafter described property, whic h was <br />formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said <br />Nei ghborhood Servic e District (NS), be,and the same are hereby <br />established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being a part of <br />Lot 22, Block A, Jefferson Heights Addition to the <br />City of Paris, more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the North West Corner of Lot 22, <br />Block A, Jefferson Heights Addition to the City of Paris; <br />THENCE in a South Easterly direction with the South <br />West Boundary Line of said lot, 210 feet to the North <br />West Corner of Lot 1 of said Block; <br />THENCE North East with the North Boundary Line of <br />Lot 1, 125 feet to a point; <br />THENCE North West and parallel to the most Westerly <br />South West Boundary Line of Lot 22, 185 feet to the <br />South Boundary Line of Loop 286 S. E.; <br />THENCE with said South Bounda.ry Line of Loop 286 <br />S. E. in a South and South Westerly direction to the <br />place of beginning. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the sazne, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- <br />diately upon passage. <br />
