ORDINANCE NO. 2085 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TF.XAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE- <br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) ON A PART OF LOT 3A, <br />CITY BLOCK 317, ON PROPERTY BEI.ONGING TO EDMOND A. PARHAM, SO <br />AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMFRLY DESIGNATED AS A LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) AND MOBILE HOM.E PARK (S) DISTRICT; <br />AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, an d the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is <br />hereby established on a part of Lot 3A, City Block 317, on <br />property belongirgto Edmond A. Parham, so as to include in <br />such One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) the h ereinafter <br />described property, which was formerly and is presently desig- <br />nated as a Light Industrial District (LI) and Mobile Home Park <br />(S) District, and that the boundaries of said One-Family <br />Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same are hereby <br />established as follows: <br />Situated partly within the Corporate Limits of <br />the City of Paris, County of Lamar, an d State of Texas, <br />a part of the Joseph Leach and Enoch Crow Surveys, and <br />being a part of a 43.196 acre tract of land conveyed <br />Cy L.
