ORDINANCE NO. 2085 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TF.XAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) ON A PART OF LOT 3A, CITY BLOCK 317, ON PROPERTY BEI.ONGING TO EDMOND A. PARHAM, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMFRLY DESIGNATED AS A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) AND MOBILE HOM.E PARK (S) DISTRICT; AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, an d the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is hereby established on a part of Lot 3A, City Block 317, on property belongirgto Edmond A. Parham, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) the h ereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently desig- nated as a Light Industrial District (LI) and Mobile Home Park (S) District, and that the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated partly within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, an d State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach and Enoch Crow Surveys, and being a part of a 43.196 acre tract of land conveyed Cy L. Wright as recorded in Vol. 442, Page 411, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas. BEGINNING at a post for corner in the West Boundary Line of said Crow Survey, and the East Boundary Line of said Leach Survey, said point being the most Northerly Northwest corner of said Wright tract of land; THENCE South 88 Deg. 44 a post for corner at the mos corner of said Wright tract THENCE South 1 Deg. 44 post for corner at an ell co of land; Min.
