That the sum of $768,079.00, based on the esti- mated water and sewer budget, is hereby authorized out of utility fund revenues for the payment of operating expenses and capital outlay of Water and Sewer Utility Departments, exclusive of Capital Projects Fund Outlay, as hereinafter itemized: WATEFZ : Water & Sewer Billing & Col lecting 70,550.00 Water Production 301,857.00 Water Distribution 211,687.00 Tota7- $584,094.00 SEWER : Sewer Maintenance 127,819.00 Sewer Treatment 56,166.00 Total 183,985.00 Grand Total $768,079.00 Section 4. That the sum of $2,950.00 is hereby appropriated out of the general debt service fund for the purpose of paying the interest due on general obligation bonds and tizne warrants, re- deeming the serial bonds as they mature, and creating a sinking fund therefor. Section 5. The sum of $331,574.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Fund for the purpose of paying the accrued interest and making the principal payments as the same mature on the water and sewer revenue bonds, and creating the prescribed contingent and reserve funds therefor.
