ORDTNANCE NO. 2091 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 30, CITY BLOCK 259 AND ON <br />LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 316, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHN PAUL <br />INGRAM, SO AS TO INCLUDE THg2EIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED <br />AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DFSIGNAT- <br />ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ES- <br />TABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established <br />on Lot 30, City Block 259 and on Lot 14, City Block 316, on <br />property belonging to John Paul Ingram, so as to include in <br />such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described pro- <br />perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One- <br />Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the bo undaries <br />of said Commercial District (C be, and the same are hereby es- <br />tablished as follows: <br />TRACT 1: Situated within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being <br />Lot 30, City Block 259. <br />TRACT 2: Situated within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being <br />Lot 14, City Block 316. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the pr ovisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- <br />flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- <br />diately upon passage. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris, in regular session convened in the Council Room, City <br />Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day~of May, 1972. <br />W.
