ORDINANCE NO. 2092 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF P.ARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT, ON LOTS 1 AND 2A, CITY BLOCK 328, ON PROPIIZTY BELONGIW, TO BURL NELSON AND WIFE, JOYCE NEI.SON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DW;ELLING DISTRICT NO, 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT, SO FSTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, axid the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, be, and thesame is hereby established on Lots 1 and 2A, City Block 328, on property belonging to Burl Nelson and wife, Joyce Nelson, so as to include in such Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, the hereinafter de- scribed property, which was f.ormerly and is presently desig- nated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, be, and the same are hereby es- tablished as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 1 and 2A, City Block 328. Section 2. That the plot plan of the property herein re- zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. Section 3. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. That the zoning classification herein granted is to be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission in the event a building permit has not been requested on or before the lst day of June, 1973. Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
