ORDINANCE NO. 2092 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF P.ARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT, <br />ON LOTS 1 AND 2A, CITY BLOCK 328, ON PROPIIZTY BELONGIW, TO <br />BURL NELSON AND WIFE, JOYCE NEI.SON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DW;ELLING <br />DISTRICT NO, 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT, <br />SO FSTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, axid the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, <br />be, and thesame is hereby established on Lots 1 and 2A, City <br />Block 328, on property belonging to Burl Nelson and wife, <br />Joyce Nelson, so as to include in such Planned Development <br />District (PD), Community Unit Development, the hereinafter de- <br />scribed property, which was f.ormerly and is presently desig- <br />nated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that <br />the boundaries of said Planned Development District (PD), <br />Community Unit Development, be, and the same are hereby es- <br />tablished as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 1 and 2A, <br />City Block 328. <br />Section 2. That the plot plan of the property herein re- <br />zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. <br />Section 3. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 4. That the zoning classification herein granted <br />is to be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission in the <br />event a building permit has not been requested on or before <br />the lst day of June, 1973. <br />Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- <br />flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective imme- <br />diately upon passage. <br />
