<br />AN OR DINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANC E NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING AN
<br />AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), SPECIFIC USE, COUNTRY CLUB, PRIVATE
<br />WITH GOLF COURSE, ON LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 317, ON PROPERTY BE-
<br />LONGING TO ROBERT H. McDOUGAL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THER EIN TERRI-
<br />TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), LIMITED
<br />TO COMMERCIAL AMUSEMENTS (OUTDOOR) OR AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT
<br />(A); AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE AGRICULTRUAL
<br />DISTRICT (A), SPDCIFIC USE, COUNTRY CLUB, PRIVATE WITH GOLF
<br />COURSE, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT CR DAINED BY TH E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City o.f Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the sazne are hereby chang ed, and that an
<br />Agricultural District (A), Specific Use, Country Club, Private
<br />with Golf Course, be, and the same is hereby established on
<br />Lot 10, City Block 317, on property belonging to Robert H.
<br />McDougal, so as to include in such Agricultural District (A),
<br />Specific Use, Country Club, Private with Golf Course, the here-
<br />inafter described property, which was formerly and is pr esently
<br />designated as a Commercial District (C), Limited to Commercial
<br />Amusements (Outdoor), or an Agricultural District (A), and that
<br />the boundaries of said Agricultural District (A), Specific Use,
<br />Country Club, Private with Golf Course, be, and the same are
<br />hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 10, City
<br />Block 317.
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Or dinanc e
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of or dinances in
<br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
<br />diately upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
<br />Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
<br />Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of June, 1972.
