That Section 8-201 be amended by adding <br />Paragraphs 39 and 40 as follows: <br />11(39) Gasoline Service Stations - A business <br />conducting the sale of gasoline and oil, <br />minor auto repair, washing, lubrication <br />and other periodic maintenance. <br />(40) Auto Fuel Sales - The sale of automotive <br />fuels only by self-service establishments <br />or as an accessory and incidental use to <br />a primary use." <br />Section 4. That Section 9-401(2) of Ordinance No. 1710 <br />be amended by providing for a maximum percent of lot area <br />which may be covered by building in non-residential use of <br />30%. <br />Section 5. That Section 9-501(2) of Ordinance No. 1710 <br />be amended by adding Expr essway Service Station District (ESS) <br />to the list of districts and show the requirement of the mini- <br />mum front yard in feet except as hereinafter provided to be: <br />"NONE <br />9-502 <br />(g) ,f <br />Section 6. That Section 9-601(2) of Ordinance No. 1710 <br />be amended by providing for a minimum side yard in the <br />Expressway Service Station District (ESS) as follows: "as <br />specified in 9-602 (8 ) . " <br />Section 7. That Section 9-602 of Ordinance No. 1710 be <br />amended by adding Paragraph 9 as follows: <br />119. A side yard of 50 feet is required where <br />Expressway Service Station District (FSS) <br />abuts upon districts other than HI or LI." <br />
