Section 3. That Section 8-201 be amended by adding Paragraphs 39 and 40 as follows: 11(39) Gasoline Service Stations - A business conducting the sale of gasoline and oil, minor auto repair, washing, lubrication and other periodic maintenance. (40) Auto Fuel Sales - The sale of automotive fuels only by self-service establishments or as an accessory and incidental use to a primary use." Section 4. That Section 9-401(2) of Ordinance No. 1710 be amended by providing for a maximum percent of lot area which may be covered by building in non-residential use of 30%. Section 5. That Section 9-501(2) of Ordinance No. 1710 be amended by adding Expr essway Service Station District (ESS) to the list of districts and show the requirement of the mini- mum front yard in feet except as hereinafter provided to be: "NONE 9-502 (g) ,f Section 6. That Section 9-601(2) of Ordinance No. 1710 be amended by providing for a minimum side yard in the Expressway Service Station District (ESS) as follows: "as specified in 9-602 (8 ) . " Section 7. That Section 9-602 of Ordinance No. 1710 be amended by adding Paragraph 9 as follows: 119. A side yard of 50 feet is required where Expressway Service Station District (FSS) abuts upon districts other than HI or LI."
