VIDING FOR AN EFFFCTIVE DATE OF JULY 1, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS : be amended Orinances Section l. That Section the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, read as follows: "Section 8-10. Hunting or discharging firearms at Lake Crook. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or shoot with a firearm other than a shotgun using shots, or with a bow and arrow, on, over, or across any portion of the waters of Lake Crook, or the pre- mises, territory or water shed, owned by the city known as Lake Crook that is not herein designated as an area to be used for hunting purposes. (b) All state laws regulating and controlling hunting and all penalties for violations thereof are adopted and made applicable to Lake Crook property, except so far as same are in conflict with this article. (c) The boundaries of the Hunting Area Districts are established in accordance with the "Hunting Ax ea Map" of Lake Crook, dated July 1, 1972. The districts established are restricted as follows: Districts l, 7, 8 and 10 are restricted to no hunting. Districts 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are restricted to hunting with bow and arrows and shotguns with shots only, no slugs permitted. District 9 is restricted to hunting for geese or ducks in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations." Section 2. That Section 8-13(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended as follows: Delete the words "Lake Crook or". Section 3. That Section 8-13(b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended as follows: Delete Sub-paragraph (b).
