ORDTNANCE NO. _ 09G <br />AN ORDINANC E AMENDING ZONING ORDINANC E NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING ~T~LISHINGEA ~ <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, <br />PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTIYUB~ONGUING (PLI) ~ <br />INDEP~ND~T <br />SLOCK 188E2 ON PROPERT <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TIIZRITORY FORMERLY <br />DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICPUB~A'L~~R~D INSTITUTION ~SIDISTRICT <br />THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE <br />(PLI) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,anddtheasame <br />Public Lands and Institutions District (PLI), b, <br />is hereby established on Lot 24, City Block 188E, on property <br />belonging to the Paris Independent School District, so as to <br />include in such Public Lands and Institutio ns District (PLI) <br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerlYdthat <br />presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and <br />the boundaries of said Public Lands and Institutions District <br />(pI,I be, and the same are hereby established as follows : <br />A part of that certain parcel or tract of land <br />situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being a part of the <br />Geo. W. Cox Survey, and situatgd SoaT~ of theMsamey. <br />1507 (Jefferson Road) and bein a p <br />land described in a deed of trust dated July l, 1952, <br />delivered by R. C. Adams, Jr. to T. J. O'Brien, as <br />trustee, said deed of trust being recorded in Volume <br />107, page 308, of the Deed of Trust Records of Lamar <br />County, Texas. The following tracts covered in the <br />deed of trust are as follows: being a part of First <br />Tract of 95.67 acres; being part of Third Tract of <br />29.52 acres; being the same property conveyed by <br />F. W. Bennett et al to R. F. Scott by deed as re- <br />corded in Book 97, page 581 of Lamar County Deed <br />Records; being a part of Fourth Tract of 47.71 acres <br />crn veyed by W. D. Ingram and wife, S. Alice Ingram, <br />to E. F. Ingram and being recorded in Book 209, page <br />256 of Lamar County Deed Records; being a part of <br />Fifth Tract of 79.99 acres conveyed by L. H. White <br />and wife, Bettie A. White, to R. C. Adams, Jr. <br />November 20, 1951, an d recorded in Book 319, page <br />6341 of Lamar County Deed Records; and being further <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the Paris <br />High School tract a stake in the South Boundary line <br />of F. M. Highway No. 1507, said stake being S. 6° 37' <br />W. a distance of 40 f eet from centerline survey <br />station 86 plus 53.6 of said highway and in the North <br />Boundary line of said 79.99 acre tract; <br />THENCE S. 6° 37' W. a distance of 20.62 i'eet to <br />the beginning of a 2° curve to the right having a <br />radius of 2864.93 feet; aid <br />THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along s <br />curve to the right a distance of 497.50 feet to the <br />end of said curve; <br />
