ORDTNANCE NO. _ 09G AN ORDINANC E AMENDING ZONING ORDINANC E NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING ~T~LISHINGEA ~ TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTIYUB~ONGUING (PLI) ~ INDEP~ND~T SLOCK 188E2 ON PROPERT SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TIIZRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICPUB~A'L~~R~D INSTITUTION ~SIDISTRICT THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE (PLI) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,anddtheasame Public Lands and Institutions District (PLI), b, is hereby established on Lot 24, City Block 188E, on property belonging to the Paris Independent School District, so as to include in such Public Lands and Institutio ns District (PLI) the hereinafter described property, which was formerlYdthat presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and the boundaries of said Public Lands and Institutions District (pI,I be, and the same are hereby established as follows : A part of that certain parcel or tract of land situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being a part of the Geo. W. Cox Survey, and situatgd SoaT~ of theMsamey. 1507 (Jefferson Road) and bein a p land described in a deed of trust dated July l, 1952, delivered by R. C. Adams, Jr. to T. J. O'Brien, as trustee, said deed of trust being recorded in Volume 107, page 308, of the Deed of Trust Records of Lamar County, Texas. The following tracts covered in the deed of trust are as follows: being a part of First Tract of 95.67 acres; being part of Third Tract of 29.52 acres; being the same property conveyed by F. W. Bennett et al to R. F. Scott by deed as re- corded in Book 97, page 581 of Lamar County Deed Records; being a part of Fourth Tract of 47.71 acres crn veyed by W. D. Ingram and wife, S. Alice Ingram, to E. F. Ingram and being recorded in Book 209, page 256 of Lamar County Deed Records; being a part of Fifth Tract of 79.99 acres conveyed by L. H. White and wife, Bettie A. White, to R. C. Adams, Jr. November 20, 1951, an d recorded in Book 319, page 6341 of Lamar County Deed Records; and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the Paris High School tract a stake in the South Boundary line of F. M. Highway No. 1507, said stake being S. 6° 37' W. a distance of 40 f eet from centerline survey station 86 plus 53.6 of said highway and in the North Boundary line of said 79.99 acre tract; THENCE S. 6° 37' W. a distance of 20.62 i'eet to the beginning of a 2° curve to the right having a radius of 2864.93 feet; aid THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along s curve to the right a distance of 497.50 feet to the end of said curve;
