Regular City Council Meeting <br />April 5, 2001 <br />Page 13 <br />new water lines throughout the airport terminal and hangar area; (2) provide <br />drainage and dirt work in preparation for the building of new T-hangars to be <br />rented to the flying public; and (3) install taxi lanes around the new T-hangars <br />to be built and rented to the flying public, was presented. A motion was made <br />by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, for approval <br />of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2001-037, resolving that Addendum No. Two, to the existing <br />Original Contract and Addendum No. One, for Emergency Removal of Storm <br />Debris from the City of Paris between the City of Paris and Storm <br />Reconstruction Services, Inc., is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to execute and the City Clerk to attest to said addendum, was <br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Mayor Pro <br />Tem Manning, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 <br />nays. <br />City Attorney Schenk presented the following petitions for rezoning: Calvin <br />Gibson, Lots 19 & 20, City Block 160, from a Two-Family Dwelling District to <br />a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3; Leroy Cla r kson, Lot 7, City Block 189, <br />from a Two-Family Dwelling District to a Commercial District; Kenneth Scott <br />Baxley, Lot 2, City Block 342, from Agricu ltural District to a Commercial <br />District. <br />Mayor Pfiester referred the petitions to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />for their study and recommendation at their m eeting scheduled for May 7, <br />2001, and before the City Council May 10, 2001. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. <br />________________________________ <br />MICHAEL J.
