<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, pARIS, TEXAS, AND CF-iANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-
<br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) ON A TRACT OF LAND
<br />FRONTING ON LOOP HIGHWAY 286 N. E., BLAKE ROAD AND F. M.
<br />HIGHWAY 195, AND BEING LOTS 3 AND 4, IN CITY BLOCK 266, ON
<br />PROPERTY BELONGING TO THOMAS C. GLASSCOCK, SO AS TO INCLUDE
<br />THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNP;TED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE
<br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) SO FSTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARIS, TEXAS:
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is
<br />hereby established on a tract of land fronting on Loop Highway
<br />286 N. E., Blake Road and F. M. Highway 195, and being Lots 3
<br />and 4, in City Block 266, on property belonging to Thomas C.
<br />Glasscock, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District
<br />No. 3(SF-3) the hereinafter described property, which was for-
<br />merly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling
<br />District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of the said One-
<br />Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same are
<br />hereby established as follows:
<br />Beginning at a stake 4 poles West of the North
<br />East Corner of the Isaiah Davis Survey, the same being
<br />the South East Corner of the First Tract of land de-
<br />scribed in deed from Circle G. Enterprises, Inc. to
<br />Thomas C. Glasscock, dated November 21, 1968, recorded
<br />Book 482, Page 140, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas;
<br />Thence West 665 feet with the North Boundary
<br />Line of Blake Road to the South West Corner of the last
<br />tract described in deed from L. P. McCuistion and R. L.
<br />Lewis to Sanitarium of Paris, dated February 13, 1919,
<br />recorded Book 176, Page 212, Deed Records, Lamar
<br />County, Texas;
<br />Thence North 1659.5 feet to the North West Corner
<br />of Third Tract described in said deed from Lewis and
<br />McCuistion to the Sanitarium of Paris;
<br />Thence East 662 feet to the North East Corner of
<br />Second Tract described in said deed from Lewis;
<br />Thence North 508 feet to a point in the South
<br />Right of Way Line of Loop 286;
<br />Thence with said Right of Way Line as follows:
<br />North 57 Deg. West 203 feet, a stake; North 58 Deg. 30
<br />Min. West 200 feet, a stake; North 60 Deg. 15 Min. West,
<br />200 feet, a stake; North 61 Deg. 40 Min. West, 200 feet
<br />to a corner;
<br />Thence South 22 Deg. 32 Min. West, 502 feet;
<br />Thence South 383 feet a corner;
<br />Thence West 250 feet to a corner;
<br />Thence South 583 feet;
<br />Thence South 17 Deg. Ea.st, 253 feet to the North
<br />Boundary Line of F.M. Road No. 195;
