E., FROM THE NORTH <br />BOUNDARY LINE OF CLARKSVILLE STR EET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE <br />OF LAMAR AVENLJE, ANDOR~ RRPUBLIC UE~ANDYPROVIDINGFOFORSAND <br />STREET FOR CITY U <br />EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 12, 1969. <br />yVHE1ZEAS, the City of Paris, under Article 1016, Vernon's <br />Annotated Texas Statutes, upon petitionof all the oW ~rsof <br />real property abutting a street or alley, has the po, bY <br />ordinance, to vacate and abandon and close any such street; <br />and, <br />WHER EAS, it has been brought to the attention of the <br />City Council of the City of Paris, by petition of all of the <br />owners of real property abutting 4th Street, S. E., from the <br />North Boundary Line of Clarksville Street to the South Boundary <br />Line of Lamar Avenue, that no municipal or public purpose is <br />served by said street's continued existence, and the closing <br />of same is requested; NOW, THER EFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF giE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That 4th Street, S. E., f'rom the North <br />Bound ary Line of Clarksville Street to the South Boundary Line <br />of Lamar Avenue, be, and the same is hereby closed. <br />Section 2.
