SBCTION XXI - REGISTER OF OCCUPANTS: It shall be the duty of the licensee to keep a register, to be furnished by the City of Paris, containing a record of all mobile home owners and occupants lo- cated within the park. The register shall contain the following information ; (a) Name and address of each occupant. (b) The make, model and year of all automobiles and mobile homes. (c) License number and owner of each mobile home. (d) The state issuing such license. (e) The date of arrival and of departure of each mobile home. The park shall keep the register available for inspection, at all times, by law enforcement officers, public health officials and other officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the infor- mation contained in the register. The register records shall not be destroyed for a period of one (1) year following the date of departure of each mobile home. SBCTION XXII - REVOCATION OF LICENSE: The City Council may re- voke any license to maintain and operate a mobile home park when the licensee has been found guilty by a court of competent juris- diction of violating any provisions of this ordinance. After such conviction, the license may be reissued if the circumstances leading to conviction have been remedied and the park is being maintained and operated in full compliance with law, and this or- dinance. SECTION XXIII - TRANSFER AND DURATION: Upon application for a transfer of the license, the City Council may issue a transfer if the City Council finds that the transferee is of good moral charac- ter. Such original license and transfer thereof, may be granted at any time during the year and shall expire at the end of the fiscal year of the City of Paris, unless previously revoked or terminated. SBCTION XXIV - POSTING OF LICENSE: The license certificate shall be conspicuously posted in the office of or on the premises of the mobile home park at all times. SBCTION XXV - PENALTY: Any person violating this ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SBCTION XXVI - R EPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
