SBCTION XXI - REGISTER OF OCCUPANTS: It shall be the duty of the <br />licensee to keep a register, to be furnished by the City of Paris, <br />containing a record of all mobile home owners and occupants lo- <br />cated within the park. The register shall contain the following <br />information ; <br />(a) Name and address of each occupant. <br />(b) The make, model and year of all automobiles and mobile homes. <br />(c) License number and owner of each mobile home. <br />(d) The state issuing such license. <br />(e) The date of arrival and of departure of each mobile home. <br />The park shall keep the register available for inspection, at all <br />times, by law enforcement officers, public health officials and <br />other officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the infor- <br />mation contained in the register. The register records shall not <br />be destroyed for a period of one (1) year following the date of <br />departure of each mobile home. <br />SBCTION XXII - REVOCATION OF LICENSE: The City Council may re- <br />voke any license to maintain and operate a mobile home park when <br />the licensee has been found guilty by a court of competent juris- <br />diction of violating any provisions of this ordinance. After <br />such conviction, the license may be reissued if the circumstances <br />leading to conviction have been remedied and the park is being <br />maintained and operated in full compliance with law, and this or- <br />dinance. <br />SECTION XXIII - TRANSFER AND DURATION: Upon application for a <br />transfer of the license, the City Council may issue a transfer if <br />the City Council finds that the transferee is of good moral charac- <br />ter. Such original license and transfer thereof, may be granted at <br />any time during the year and shall expire at the end of the fiscal <br />year of the City of Paris, unless previously revoked or terminated. <br />SBCTION XXIV - POSTING OF LICENSE: The license certificate shall <br />be conspicuously posted in the office of or on the premises of the <br />mobile home park at all times. <br />SBCTION XXV - PENALTY: Any person violating this ordinance shall <br />be fined not more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each <br />offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall <br />constitute a separate offense. <br />SBCTION XXVI - R EPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES: All ordinances <br />or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />
