ORDINANCE NO. 1907 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDElRIES ES- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF S%ID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MOBILE <br />HOME PARK (S) DISTRICT ON A TRACT OF LAND FRONTING 300 FEET ON <br />THE WEST SIDE OF 19TH STREET, N. W., AND BEING THE NORTH 300 <br />FEET OF LOT 5 IN CITY BLOCK 305, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br />RACHEL FABER AND MRS. P. D. JEFFERIES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWFLLING DISTRICT <br />NO. 2(SF-2 AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MOBILE HOME <br />PARK (S ) DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE I'T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the bound.a.ries heretofore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance:No, 1710 of the City of <br />Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and <br />that a Mobile Home Park (S) District, be, and the same is <br />hereby established on a tract of land frontin g 300 feet on <br />the West Side of 19th Street, N. W., and being the North 300 <br />feet of Lot 5 in City Block 305, on property belonging to <br />Rachel Faber and Mrs. P. D. Jefferies, so as to include in <br />such Mobile Home Park (S) District the hereinafter described <br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br />a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the <br />boundaries of the said Mobile Home Park (S) District, be, and <br />the same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being the North 300 <br />feet off of Lot 5 in Block 305 of the City of Paris, <br />and fronting 300 feet on the West Side of 19th <br />Street, N. W. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- <br />diately upon passage. <br />
