ORDINANCE NO. 1907 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDElRIES ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF S%ID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MOBILE HOME PARK (S) DISTRICT ON A TRACT OF LAND FRONTING 300 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF 19TH STREET, N. W., AND BEING THE NORTH 300 FEET OF LOT 5 IN CITY BLOCK 305, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO RACHEL FABER AND MRS. P. D. JEFFERIES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWFLLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2 AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MOBILE HOME PARK (S ) DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. BE I'T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the bound.a.ries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance:No, 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Mobile Home Park (S) District, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land frontin g 300 feet on the West Side of 19th Street, N. W., and being the North 300 feet of Lot 5 in City Block 305, on property belonging to Rachel Faber and Mrs. P. D. Jefferies, so as to include in such Mobile Home Park (S) District the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of the said Mobile Home Park (S) District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being the North 300 feet off of Lot 5 in Block 305 of the City of Paris, and fronting 300 feet on the West Side of 19th Street, N. W. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
