OR DINANC E NO. 1910 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON A TRACT OF LAND LYING ADJACENT TO THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF STATE HIGHVJAY NO. 24 AND THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF LOOP 286 S. E., AND BEING LOT 15 IN CITY BLOCK 170-C, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO FORD MOLEN AND WIFE, JOLENE MOLFN, AND MEIRSHALL MOLEN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED SY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARI S , TEXEIS : Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land lying adjacent to the East Boundary Line of State Highway No. 24 and the North Boundary Line of Loop 286 S. E., and being Lot 15 in City Block 170-C, on property belong- ing to Ford Molen and wife, Jolene Molen, and Marshall Molen, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently desig- nated as an Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of the said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the City ofParis, Lamar County, Texas, being a part of a tract of 48.69 acres conveyed to W. Claud Walker from Oscar Ihznagan, Executor of the estate of Etta Richie by deed dated August 29, 1947 and re- corded in Book 301, Page 57, Lamar County Deed Records and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows, tow'wit: BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the E.B.L. of Texas State Highway No. 24, a distance of 540.5 feet South 25° W. of the present N.W.C. of the aforesaid 48.69 acre tract; THENCE S. 65° E. 210' an iron pipe; THENCE S. 250 W. 726.6 feet to the N.B.L. of State Highway Loop No. 286; THENCE with the N.B.L. of highway loop N. 760 W. 170.5 feet a stake; THENCE N. 32° W. 51.2 feet a stake in the E.B.L. of Texas State Highway No. 24; THENCE along the E.B.L. of Highway No. 24 N. 25° E. 731' to the place of beginning containing 3.581 acres of land. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provis ions of this ordinanc e.
