ORDINANCE NO. 1914 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FSTABLISHED <br />BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br />DISTRICT AND MOBILE HOME PARK (S) DISTRICT ON THE EAST SIDE OF <br />19TH STREET, S. W. AND BEING LOT 2 IN CITY BLOCK 310, ON PROPERTY <br />BELONGING TO EDNA B. STEELY, SO AS TO INCLUDE 'IHEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT AND <br />AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT; AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT AND MOBILE HOME PARK (S) DISTRICT SO <br />FSTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Ligh:t <br />Industrial District and Mobile Home Park (S) District, be, and the <br />same is hereby established on a tract of land f'ronting on the Ea.st <br />Side of 19th Street, S. W. and being Lot 2 in City Block 310, on <br />property belonging to Edna B. Steely, so as to include in such <br />Light Industrial District and Mobile Home Park (S) District the <br />hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently <br />designated as a Heavy Industrial District and Agricultural District, <br />and that the boundaries of the said Light Industrial District and <br />Mobile Home Park (S) District, be, and the same are hereby es- <br />tablished as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 2, City Block <br />310, fronting 897 feet on the South East Side of 19th <br />Street, S. W. and 599.5 feet on the West Boun dary Line <br />of an old County Road, and being more particularly de- <br />scribed in two tracts as follows: <br />TRACT 1: Situated in the County of Lamar and State <br />of Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman Headright Survey, and <br />a part of Lot No. 28 allotted to R. C. Chisum in the <br />partition of the estate of Clairborne Chisum; <br />Beginning at a stake in the EB line of said Lot No. 281 <br />and in the NB line of the T& P. Ry. Co.'s right-of-way; <br />Thence North with the WB line of a tract of land formerly <br />owned by D. F. Latimer, 22 poles, a stake; Thence W. 44 <br />poles, a stake; Thence S. 32,8 poles, a stake in the NB <br />line of the T& P Ry. Co.'s right-of-way; Thence N. 76 <br />degrees E. with the NB line of said right-of-way 45 poles <br />to the place of beginning, containing 7.3 acres. <br />TRACT 2: Situated in the County of Lamar and State <br />of Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman headright Survey; <br />Beginning at the NW corner of the first tract herein <br />described; Thence E. with the NB line of the first tract <br />44 poles to the NE corner; Thence N. 14 poles 51]g feet, <br />a stake, it being the SE corner of a 1-acre tract owned <br />bY Ed. Lewis; Thence W. with Lewis' SB line 100 feet to <br />his SW corner; Thence N. (with) 383 feet, a stake in the <br />center of Greenville road; Thence SW with said Greenville <br />road 54 poles and 6 feet to a stake in the center of the <br />Greenville road, the place of beginning, containing 5 <br />acres, more or less. <br />
