ORDINANCE NO. 1919 ~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMF-NDIAND ZONING <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br />BY 2HE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL <br />DISTRICT (C) ON THE NORTH HALF OF LOTS 2 AND 3 IN CITY BLOCK <br />331, AND ESTABLISHING A MO TIPLE DWELLING <br />CITY BLOCKI331N0. 1 <br />(MF-1) ON THE SOUTH HAI-F <br />LYING ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF WEST CAMPBEI-I- <br />STREET AND THE WFST BOUNDARY LINE OF 34TH STREET, N. W., ON <br />PROPERTY BELONGING TO TAYLOR BENJAMIN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br />NO. 2(SF'2 ) AND DESTIPLEIFAMILY BOUNDARIES <br />DIOSTRICT NO~1~ (MF-1) <br />DISTRICT (C) AND MUL <br />SO FSTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS : <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />Commercial District (C), be,and the same is hereby established <br />on the North Half of Lots 2 and 3 in City Block 331, and that a <br />Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be,and the same <br />is hereby established on the South Half of Lots 2 and 3 in City <br />Block 331, on property lying adjacent to the South Bound ary Line <br />of West Campbell Street and the West Boundary Line of 34th <br />Street, N. W., belonging to Taylor Benjamin, so as to include <br />in such Commercial District (C) and Multiple Family Dwelling <br />District No. 1(MF-1), the hereinafter described property, <br />which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of <br />said Commercial District (C) and Multiple Family Dwelling <br />District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established <br />as follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, County of La.mar, and State of Texas, a part of <br />the William Driggers Survey, and being a part of a 3.5 <br />and 8 acre tract and all of a 4.5 acre tract of land <br />conveyed James Taylor Benjamin by deed recorded in <br />Vol. 443, Page 306, also being a part of a 11.2 acre <br />tract of land conveyed James Taylor Benjamin by deed <br />recorded in Vol. 409, Page 74, of the Deed Records of <br />said County and State. <br />Beginning at a stake for corner at the intersection <br />of the South Boundary Line of Campbell St. with the <br />West Boundary Line of 34th N.
