ORDINANCE NO. 1920 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CIIANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED <br />BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD <br />S ERVIC E DISTRICT (NS) ON A TRACT OF LAND LYING ADJACENT TO THE <br />NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF BONHAM STREET AND THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE <br />OF 32ND STREET, N. W., AND BEING THE NORTH 60 FEET OFF OF LOT 271 <br />BLOCK 3 OF THE MAYER ADDITION TO TH E CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY <br />BELONGING TO MABEL LYNN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR- <br />MERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWEI.LING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2 <br />AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE <br />DISTRICT (NS ) SO FSTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby <br />established on a tract of land lying adjacent to the North <br />Boundary Line of Bonham Street and the East Boundary Line of <br />32nd Street, N. W., and being the North 60 feet off of Lot 27, <br />Block 3 of the Mayer Addition to the City of Paris, on property <br />belonging to Mabel Lynn, so as to include in such Neighborhood <br />Service District (NS) the hereinafter described property, which <br />was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of the said <br />Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same are hereby <br />established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of Lot 27, Block <br />3 of the Mayer Addition to the City of Paris, more par- <br />ticularly described as follows: <br />A part of the Asa Jarman Survey, and also being a <br />part of a tract of land conveyed Mabel Lynn by deed <br />recorded in Vol. 402, Page 23, of the Deed Records of <br />said County and State. <br />Beginning at a stake for corner in the East <br />Boundary Line of 32nd N. W., said point being 140 ft. <br />North of the North Boundary Line of Bonham St., said <br />point for corner being the present Northwest corne r <br />of said Lynn tract of land. <br />Thence East a distance of 144 ft. to a stake for <br />corner at the Northeast corner of said Lynn tract of <br />land; <br />Thence South a distance of 60 ft. to a stake for <br />corner in the East Boundary Line of said Lynn tract of <br />land; <br />Thence West a distance of 144 ft. to a stake for <br />corner in the East Boundary Line of 32nd N.W.; <br />Thence North a distance of 60 ft. to the place of <br />beginning. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />
