Thc dutics and obligations imposcci by thcsc Gcn- cral Conditions and the rights and remedies availablc herc- under to the parties hereto, and, in particular but without limitation, the warcanties, guarantees and obligations imposed upon CONTRACTOR by paragraphs 6.30,13.1.13.12.13.14, 14.3 and 15.2 and all of the rights and remedies available to OWNER and ENGINEER thereunder, are in addition to, and are not to be construcd in any way as a limitation of, any rights and remedies available to any or all of them which are othenvise imposed or available by Laws or Regulations, by special warranty or guarantee or by other provisions of the Contract Documents, and the provisions of this paragraph will be as effective as if repeated specifically in the Contract Documents in connection with each particutar duty, obliga- tion, right and remedy to which they apply.
