ORDINANCE NO. 1952 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II, SDCTION l, OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1704, AND SFCTION 2 OF OI~NO CG~BAGE OR, RE~FOUSE ATGTHE CnITY <br />FEFS FOR THE COVERING OR BLTR ORD SANITARY LAND FILL; REPEALH GPROVIDTNG OR AN FFFECTIVEFD TEI <br />NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWIT , <br />AND PROVIDING FOR A FINE NOT TO EXCEED $200.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TFXAS: <br />Section 1. That Sainance 1No. 1811csha1l be amendedcto o• <br />1704 and Section 2 of Or <br />read as follows: <br />11There is hereby fixed a fee of twenty-five cents (250) <br />per cubic yard for all garbage or rubbish, as the same <br />are defined herein, delivered to the Sanitary Land Fill <br />by any person hauling or delivering same for hire." <br />Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation, its <br />agents or employees2 who violate this ordinance, shall be <br />deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and thenOOtys~r shall <br />be a fine not to exceed 1~vo Hundred ($200 ) Dollar <br />Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Section 4.
