ORDINANCE NO. 1955 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON A PART OF LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 305, ON PROPERTY BE- LONGING TO RED RIVEIZ VALLEY PRODUCE COMPANY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), SO ESTABLISHFD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on a Part of Lot 12, City Block 305, on property belonging to Red River Valley Produce Company, so as to include in such Commercial District (C), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, fronting 197 feet on the West Side of 19th Street, N. W., and being the Eastern 350 feet of Lot 12, City Block 305. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map ofthe City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of April, 1970. B. M.
