<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ESTABLISHED
<br />BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
<br />DISTRICT (PD), HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, ON LOT l, CITY BLOCK 98, ON
<br />PROPERTY BII,ONGING TO WRAY WIBLE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THIIZEIN TERRI-
<br />TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI); AND
<br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF TH E PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
<br />(PD), HOUSING DEVEI.OPMENT, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PAR I S , TEXAS :
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Housing Development, be, and
<br />the same is hereby established on Lot 1, City Block 98, on pro-
<br />perty belongin g to Wray Wible, so as toinclude in such Planned
<br />Development District (PD), Housing Development, the hereinafter
<br />described property, which was formerly and is presently desig-
<br />nated as a Light Industrial District (LI), and that the bounda-
<br />ries of said Planned Development District (PD), Housing Develop-
<br />ment, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Being a tract of land located in the Larkin Rattan
<br />Survey, situated in the corporate limits of Paris,
<br />Texas and being part of the tracts of land conveyed
<br />to E. P. Reece and Lawrence McDowell as recorded in
<br />Volume 403, Page 318 of the Deed Records of Lamar
<br />County, Texas, and being more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the South line of
<br />Henderson Street (a 35-foot right-of-way at this point)
<br />with the East line of N. W. Seventh Street (a 42-foot
<br />right-of-way at this point);
<br />THENCE S 890 16' 20" E. 720.00-feet along the
<br />right-of-way of Henderson Street to a point in a
<br />fence; said point having an iron pin set for corner;
<br />THENCE S 01 0 48' 40" W, 150.58-feet along fence
<br />line to an iron pin set for corner;
<br />THENCE S 880 15' 00" E, 241.36-feet along fence
<br />line to a point in the West line of N. W. Fourth
<br />Street (a 30-foot right-of-way at this point);
<br />THENCE S 000 32' 0017 W, 322.00-feet along said
<br />West right-of-way to a point in the North right-of-way
<br />of the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railroad;
<br />THIIVCE S 71° 34' 001' W, 136.35-feet along said
<br />railroad right-of-way, to an iron pin set for corner;
<br />THFNCE S 18° 17' 0094 E, 151.80-feet along railroad
<br />right-of-way to a railroad raill for corner;
<br />THFNCE S 710 52' 0017 W, 231.90-feet along railroad
<br />right-of-way to the beginning of a curve to the left;
<br />said curve having a central angle of 100 01' 3811, a
<br />radius of 2859.69-feet and a tangent length of 250.88-
<br />feet;
<br />THENCE along said curve to the left, in a South-
<br />westerly direction a distance of 500.47-feet to a
<br />point in the North line of Campbell Street (a 40-foot
<br />ri ght -of -way ) ;
