That Ordinance No. 1365 shall be amended to <br />read as follows: <br />"Section l. That Midwest Video Corporation be authorized <br />to place into effect the following schedule of rates for public <br />community antenna signal service within the corporate limits of <br />the City of Paris, Texas, in accordance with the provisions of <br />the Charter of the City of Paris and the franchise granted to <br />said corporation by said City, as follows: <br />a.
