<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br />pLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), SHOPPING CENTER, HOUSING
<br />DEVELOPMENT OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND INDUSTRIAL PARK
<br />OR DISTRICT? ON LOTS 11 AND 13, CITY BLOCK 154-A, ON PROPERTY
<br />BII.ONGING TO PEMCO DEVEI,OPMENT CORP., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A),
<br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND HEAVY INDUSTRIAL
<br />DISTRICT (HI); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED
<br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), SHOPPING CENTER, HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
<br />OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEUELOPMENT AND INDUSTRIAL PARK OR DISTRICT,
<br />SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT OR DAINED BY THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PAR I S , TEXAS :
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, be, and the
<br />same is hereby established on a Part of Lot 11, City Block 154-A,
<br />on property belongin g to Pemco Development Corp., so as to in-
<br />clude in such Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center,
<br />the hereinafter described property, wh_ic:ll was form.erly and is
<br />presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and that
<br />the boundaries of said Planned Development District (PD),
<br />Shopping Center, be, and the same are hereby established as
<br />follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
<br />Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of
<br />the Asa Jarman Survey, and being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South
<br />Boundary Line of W. Washington St., said point being
<br />300 ft. West of the West Boundary Line of 13th S.W.;
<br />THENC E South a distance of 345 ft. to a stake for
<br />corner;
<br />THENCE South 58 Deg. West along the center of a
<br />Power Line a distance of 210 ft. to a stake for corner;
<br />THENCE North 42 Deg. West along the center of a
<br />ditch a distance of 620 ft. to a stake for corner;
<br />THENC E East along the South Boundary Line of W.
<br />Washington St. a distance of 595 ft. to the place of
<br />beginning, and containing 3.84 acres, more or less.
<br />Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Housing Development or
<br />Community Unit Development, be, and the same is hereby es-
<br />tablished on a Part of Lot 11, City Block 154-A, on property
<br />belonging to Pemco Development Corp., so as to include in such
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Housing Development or
<br />Community Unit Development, the hereinafter described property,
<br />which was formerly and is presently designated as an
<br />Agricultural District (A), One-Family Dwelling District No. 2
<br />(SF-2) and Heavy Industrial District (HI), and that the
